Transformation

I have started coaching certification through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and in doing so have been reading and studying on how the curriculum has changed since I took coach training in 2008 through CTI.  One of the major changes that I appreciate greatly is that in the old curriculum the coach didn't have an agenda.  In the new curriculum, the coach has the agenda of TRANSFORMATION.

When I reflect on my work as a leadership coach, nothing could be truer than me wanting to inspire, cultivate, support, and empower transformation for others. Clients get a coach for a reason. To transform something.

Leadership            Relationships            Results            Physicality         ... 

I am excited through coaching certification to transform my coaching.  Transformation in me will empower greater transformation in others.
