With more than 20 yrs of experience in Human Resources, and people leadership and development, Kristie brings a wealth of experience to the clients of Ripp Leadership. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation, a Certified NeuroTransformational Coach a Certified Enneagram Practitioner, certified through the Society for Human Resources Management and is currently completing steps on becoming a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach.
Kristie is the Vice President and one of the Possibility Illuminators of Ripp Leadership LLC, which embodies the founder’s life purpose, to radiantly illuminate passionate possibilities so that clients live empowered, creating ripples in the world.
