Mara was joined by Kristie Vernon, Vice President and Possibility Illuminator in 2023. Kristie has spent over 20 years in human resources and people development roles. Ripp Leadership LLC embodies Mara’s life purpose, to radiantly illuminate passionate possibilities so that clients live empowered, creating ripples in the world.
