Life Purpose Statement

I am steadfast amber zeal, embracing easeful balance.

As you progressed through the coaching journey, how did it change things for you?

I am more able to shut down my saboteur after creating an “I am ___ who ___”. I also feel more equipped to focus on my strengths, rather than go directly to my weaknesses.

What strengths do you feel you have deepened an understanding of from the experience of coaching?

Strengths that I’ve deepened… the ability to focus on them, rather than my weaknesses. Being vulnerable is A-ok…but not pleasant.

What new strategies have you developed as a result of coaching?

Shutting down my saboteur, worthiness.

How did you surprise yourself through coaching?

I didn’t know I had such an issue with vulnerability.

What do you see as the major insights or breakthroughs you made through coaching?

Same as answer 1… also, with the different activities I completed… lists of friends and the impact, Brené Brown’s book and learning more about vulnerability was huge.

What was the thing you benefited from the most in coaching?

Activities: future self, Brene Brown’s book and your break down of it for me, lists, “I am ___ who ___”, Calling me out on my BS

What will you now do differently?

Shut down my saboteur, sit with vulnerability.

You know my life’s purpose is to radiantly illuminate passionate possibilities for you to live empowered. How was I radiant?

By existing. But also listening and really hearing what was being said.

What was illuminated?

That I am worthy.

Where did you connect to passion? Where did you see me connecting to passion?

I connected to passion, through the weight that was lifted after coaching sessions and being happy to know someone who is not only great at their job, but really loves it.

What’s possible because of coaching with me?

Self-acceptance. Vulnerability. Kicking the Saboteur in the face.

What does living empowered mean to you?

Everything.
