She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, a Certified Enneagram Practitioner, certified through the Society for Human Resources Management and is currently completing steps on becoming a Certified NeuroTransformational Coach in 2024.
Kristie is the Vice President and one of the Possibility Illuminators of Ripp Leadership LLC, which embodies the founder’s life purpose, to radiantly illuminate passionate possibilities so that clients live empowered, creating ripples in the world.
